My room was comfortable thanks to the creative staff. The setting was super, right by the slope and the ski lift. It also was in ski hire shop which you had to pass through to reach restaurant.

This place has recently been redecorated and well-designed, and the staff here are friendly and provide good service.

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular! We were in the perfect position, close to the ski lifts and paths. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to help us when our car got stuck in the snow. They truly made our stay stress-free. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and the beds were excellent. The restaurant had a great design and the food was delicious. The swimming pool and Finnish sauna in the spa were a wonderful addition to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was lacking some variety and could use more options like different mueslis, fresh juices, and cheeses. The dinner menu was a bit limited and could use some improvement in terms of quality.

Confusing system for half board option.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service at the reception and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast and dine at the French-style brasserie with excellent food and service. The swimming pool, spa, and gym facilities add to the overall pleasant experience.

The kitchen closes at lunchtime, limiting dining options during the day.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly and bilingual staff, clean and modern rooms with great views, and the delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were also well kept.

The hotel's ski-in, ski-out location was also a major plus, allowing for easy access to the slopes.
